The updated Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS") Notices to financial institutions on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism was issued on 24 April 2015, which subsequently come into effect in two phases on 24 May 2015 and on 24 July 2015.

In view of the updates, corporate partner Jacqueline Loke hosted a tea time seminar for fund management companies, to discuss the updates and the measures needed to address their requirements relevant to them.
