Synopsis

The Dentons Global RIB team from 11 countries namely Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Indonesia, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, Singapore, United Kingdom and the United States offer a truly global perspective on threats to the bank lender - rescue financing displacing the priority of the secured lender, ipso facto clauses, increased litigation funding, shifting of the centre of main interest (COMI) of debtors as happened recently in the Noble restructuring, dealing with cross border insolvencies in jurisdictions like Indonesia, and what happens after Brexit.
