A multi-jurisdictional Dentons team from Singapore, New York and the Cayman Islands is advising leading Asia Pacific online luxury marketplace and platform Reebonz Limited (“Reebonz”) on its proposed business combination with Draper Oakwood Technology Acquisition, Inc (“DOTA”). 

Following the completion of the transaction, DOTA and Reebonz will become subsidiaries of a newly created Cayman Islands exempted company, DOTA Holdings Limited (“RBZ”). RBZ will be renamed Reebonz Holding Limited. It is expected that RBZ will apply for listing of its ordinary shares on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the ticker “RBZ”. The combined company will continue to be led by Reebonz's experienced management team under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer and co-founder Samuel Lim. 

The proposed transaction is led by Senior Partner and Head of Corporate Practice S. Sivanesan, together with Partner Valmiki Nair and Senior Associate Jean Nie Ho, from the Singapore office. Dentons US Partners Brian Lee, Michael Smith, Ira Kotel, and  Margo Soule, whilst Dentons Cayman Islands Partner David Dinner and Counsel Jamie Nelson are advising on the Cayman Islands law aspects.
