Dentons Rodyk is pleased to announce that Partner Mark Seah has been admitted to equity partnership and Senior Associate Ying Ni Tan has been promoted to Partner, effective 1 January 2020.
Mark joined the firm in 2004 as an Associate in the Litigation department. During his time with the firm, he has demonstrated a steady hand and a sharp mind in recent matters involving PNG Sustainable Development Program Limited and the Hyflux Group.
Ying Ni started her career in Dentons Rodyk as an Associate in 2012 before leaving the firm to go in-house at a bank and re-joining the firm in 2019 as a Senior Associate. Ying Ni’s experience will enhance the existing capabilities in the firm’s Finance practice, specifically advising banks on rolling out new financial and investment products and supporting foreign banks in their regional expansion in ASEAN.
