Dentons Rodyk has adopted remote working since early February 2020. This will continue.

Following the announcement by the Singapore government that all non-essential workplaces will be closed to contain the spread COVID-19, our office (at 80 Raffles Place, UOB Plaza 1, #16/33-00, Singapore 048624) will be closed from 7 April 2020 to 1 June 2020, both dates inclusive (“Closure Period”), except for the following essential legal services, which will remain operational in the office:

1. Essential and urgent matters specified in the Registrar’s Circulars issued by each court in respect of criminal, civil and family matters during the period 7 April to 1 June 2020 (both dates inclusive).
2. Commercial transactions or actions having statutory, regulatory or contractual deadlines (whether local or foreign) during the period 7 April to 1 June 2020 (both dates inclusive).
3. Conveyancing transactions with deadlines where time is of the essence or with milestone deadlines to be met within the period 7 April to 1 June 2020 (both dates inclusive).
4. Urgent and essential Wills and Probate related services (for example the drafting of wills and execution of lasting powers of attorney for the vulnerable) required within the period 7 April to 1 June 2020 (both dates inclusive).

We will still be able to process mail correspondence, service of documents and faxes during the Closure Period. For more information on the essential legal services, please click here.

Minimising disruption to our clients is our top-most priority as many of you will have questions on how the outbreak will impact you and how we can help.
