Debby’s multidisciplinary experience includes advising an array of stakeholders in both out-of-court restructurings and formal insolvencies, including public-listed companies, private equity companies, white knight investors, bank and non-bank creditors, trustees, and insolvency practitioners. She is particularly experienced in the technology, media and telecommunications, infrastructure, and maritime sectors. Her practice also includes commercial and insolvency-related litigation.

She was recently nominated for Woman Lawyer of the Year for the ALB Southeast Asia Law awards 2021. She is also one of the first three Singapore-qualified practitioners to be bestowed the prestigious fellowship from INSOL International and is the Co-Author of the Singapore Module of the INSOL International Foundation Certificate.
