Together, they represent three out of eighteen lawyers who have been nominated as the most promising and influential in Singapore Business Review's eighth year of legal luminaries aged 40 and under list. These lawyers shine in their respective fields of law and have advised clients on diverse matters.

Debby Lim

A partner in our Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice, Debby has a broad commercial practice with overlapping strengths in banking and finance disputes, insolvency and restructuring, domestic and international arbitrations. She was also named as one of “40 of the world’s leading restructuring specialists, aged 40 and under,” by the Global Restructuring Review in 2016 and has been lauded as a leading lawyer in many publications including Chambers Asia-Pacific, The Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal for her technical ability and commercial nous.

Sook Zhen Ng

At 33, Sook Zhen is one of the youngest lawyers to be ranked in this list. As a partner in Dentons Rodyk's Regional practice, Sook Zhen has assisted Singaporean and Japanese clients in a wide variety of matters, including disputes and transactions involving banking and finance, employment and regulatory compliance as well as general commercial and corporate matters. Fluent in English, Chinese and Japanese, she heads the firm's Japan desk and plays a leading role in many cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Maw Jiun Foo

Maw Jiun is a partner in our Intellectual Property & Technology practice. He also Co-Heads the Patents, Data Privacy & Protection and Cybersecurity practices. His areas of practice encompass worldwide registration of intellectual property, infringement and counterfeiting actions, commercial litigation involving intellectual property, commercialisation of intellectual property rights (such as licensing and assignment agreements) and compliance with data protection and cybersecurity laws.
