Martin See

Martin’s practice focuses on complex and high-stakes commercial disputes, often involving the law of agency, contract, trust and equity, unjust enrichment, fraud, fiduciary duties, corporate governance and joint ventures. 

Senthil Dayalan

A rising star within the firm, Senthil’s practice focuses on litigation and arbitration, with extensive experience managing complex commercial disputes in various sectors, including shipping aviation, international trade, construction and renewable energy.
