Chun Ying Ng, partner in the firm’s tax practice, is known for her expertise in local and international tax matters. She has become a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to emerging regional businesses. Chun Ying provides legal representation to taxpayers in both contentious tax disputes and non-contentious areas such as tax planning, compliance, and structuring. The Legal 500 recently named her as a "Next Generation Lawyer", and she was also awarded her the Tax Lawyer of the Year title at Euromoney's Women in Law APAC Awards. LexisNexis most recently recognised her as one of the region's top legal talents under 40.

Rizuan Pathie serves as Co-Head for Dentons Rodyk’s Competition & Antitrust practice. His expertise spans across corporate and commercial law, competition, and antitrust law, as well as white-collar crime and government investigations. He deals with all aspects of competition law, including handling investigations by the CCCS, undertaking the merger assessments, and assisting with merger notifications, notifying anti-competitive agreements for guidance and decision, and the drafting and reviewing of agreements and practices for compliance with competition law. Rizuan also acted in various cartel investigations and regularly conducts various compliance-related training sessions (including dawn raid/mock dawn raid training) for a diverse range of clients.
