Sir Henry Bernard Eder, formerly a Judge of the High Court of England and Wales, has recently been appointed to the panel of the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC). Sir Henry is widely recognized for his expertise in all aspects of commercial law including banking, shipping, sale of goods, commodities, oil/gas and insurance, and brings this extensive knowledge with him as he joins the current SICC panel comprising judicial minds from all over the world, including Australia, Austria, England, France, Hong Kong, Japan and the United States.
